Morgan Wallen Chicago Concert reviews
Amazing Show - Parking/Tickets Poorly Executed by Venue
Cannot say enough good things about the performers. We are big Hardy fans and he was awesome. Of course Morgan Wallen was great and the stage show was amazing. We also enjoyed Ernest and Baily Zimmerman more than we expected to. All performers were down to earth, smiling, and great with the audience. Parking was a nightmare. We purchased preferred parking through Ticketmaster and followed all their instructions for having the ticket on our phone. We arrived before 3:00 and once on the property, it took us almost an hour to get to a parking spot. The venue parking attendants blamed it on "everyone did it wrong" on their phones. They finally just let people drive in without scanning. We had a VIP package, and Ticketmaster instructions said we must go to will call to pick up our tickets and wrist bands. After waiting 30 minutes in line at the window that said "VIP Will Call", they did not have our tickets, and had no idea where to get them. Eventually another fan said there was a VIP tent outside to get tickets. The Venue was totally unprepared to handle access to the event. But once inside, everything was great and we loved the stadium for this show.
